Air Source Heat Pumps

Heat your home with an Air Source Heat Pump

Whether you are a homeowner, self-builder or industry professional, you could save money on your utility bills by switching to a renewable energy system. Air Source Heat Pumps are flexible and more cost-effective than traditional fossil fuel systems. They are perfect for homes with limited outside space and work with underfloor heating or radiators. By combining an Air Source Heat Pump with Solar Panels, you could reduce your energy costs and carbon footprint even further.

How Air Source Heat Pumps Work

Air Source Heat Pumps extract heat from the air around us and if installed correctly can heat our homes when the outside temperature is as low as -15C. Working like a fridge, but in reverse, they do require some electric to produce heat, but for every unit of electric they use, they can produce up to 4.35 units of heat – so that’s up to 3.35 units of free heat for your home.
