We’re at the Bath & West Showground on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 November. Our design consultants will be on stand 306 throughout the show and they can provide you with advice on ground and air source heating systems, cooling, hot water, solar pv and battery storage.

We can give you an early view on ground or air source, where equipment could sit and what the heating should look like room by room.

Your questions
Is a self-build eligible for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme? Does a Class Q barn conversion change what you can put outside? Are heat pumps noisy. How much will it cost to run? These are the questions we answer every week, and the show is a good place to ask them face to face.

The heat pump you already have
If it’s not performing the way you expected, tell us about it. We service, diagnose and repair heat pumps whoever installed them originally. We can book you in for a service or repair from the stand.
